About Betty

Betty McEnaney is the Managing Broker of our Ludlow office.  Having served Ludlow and the towns surrounding Okemo Mountain since 1979, Betty is prepared to answer most any question about residential real estate and country living in Vermont.

Betty is thrilled to be part of a company whose dedication to the service it provides is key to their success.

Specializing in residential real estate for 40 years, Betty has the experience to help you find your way.  Most of Betty’s time is spent in the Okemo/Ludlow area; however she is ready to assist you with the purchase of property over the southern four counties of Vermont.    Primary homes and vacation properties are what Betty knows well with a particular fondness for country homes and historic architecture.  Betty’s repeat and referral business is testament to the service that you will receive.

Betty has served as President of the Crown Point Board of REALTORS twice, and as President of the Vermont Association of REALTORS in 1998.  Betty has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Services (SRES), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and e-Pro designations from the National Association of REALTORS to better serve her clients and customers.  In 2016, Betty was the REALTOR of the Year for the Crown Point Board of REALTORS and then went on to be named the REALTOR of the Year for the State of Vermont.

In 2003 Betty started The Goodwill Project where she donates 5% of every dollar earned to a nonprofit that is either located in Vermont or that serves Vermonters.  These recipients are chosen by the buyers and sellers that Betty works with.  To date donations have been shared throughout Vermont providing assistance when least expected.

Betty lives at the end of a gravel road in Chester.  When not working, Betty and her husband are likely out in the yard working in the garden during the summer months or making the trek down to Fenway to follow her beloved Red Sox.  In winter, the home fires are burning and inside projects or skiing keep her busy.  Betty and her husband, Bruce share their home with 2 black labs and a big fat cat.  Betty and Bruce are the proud parents of two sons, who are off on their own, and grandparents of two grandchildren.

Betty is looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones in the years to come.
