TPW Real Estate - Ludlow
Amy is a native Vermonter with a passion for helping people experience everything our beautiful state has to offer. She grew up in Ludlow actively involved in the community and studied business administration at the University of Vermont. Upon graduation, she moved to Boston where she spent the last decade as a corporate human resources business partner and trusted adviser in the tech and legal space. While she enjoyed her time in the city, she felt the draw of the mountains and the sense of community she grew up with.
She moved into real estate because she loved everything about the process - from intently analyzing the market, to touring beautiful landscapes and historic homes, to finding just the right space to meet her customer and client’s needs. Amy combines her corporate expertise with local insights to provide a high level of professionalism and responsive communication. She believes there is nothing more rewarding helping her customers and clients find beautiful spaces they love to call home.
In addition to working with buyers and sellers, Amy supports Ludlow managing broker Betty McEnaney. Amy has managed several short term rental properties since 2016 and is excited to connect with owners and prospective tenants on long term and seasonal rentals.
Amy holds a master's degree in organizational communication from Northeastern University, and is a certified yoga instructor. In her free time, you can find her teaching yoga at her local studio, snowboarding in Vermont and Colorado, or slightly covered in mud, wrestling weeds in her ever-expanding garden with her husband, Zach, and corgi, Waffles.
